My Services

Postpartum Support

I will provide companionship and a nurturing environment during your postpartum journey, making your early days of motherhood more manageable and enjoyable.

I will listen to your birth story and offer guidance and assistance for your recovery. I will provide emotional reassurance through this transition to motherhood, helping to alleviate feelings of anxiety and overwhelm.

I will empower you with knowledge and tips for feeding (bottle or breast), newborn care, establishing routines, bonding with baby, and caring for your body after giving birth. I will assist with practical tasks related to each of these topics, giving you a better chance to rest and recover.

During your first week postpartum, I will give you a postpartum massage while baby sleeps to relieve lingering stress and pain from the birth, balance hormones, release prolactin (which increases milk production), decrease swelling, and set you up for better sleep. Queue the spa music and much-deserved deep relaxation!

Ten days after birth, I can teach you how to give your baby a massage that will deepen your bond, relax her, and improve her sleep and digestion. We can give your baby a massage daily going forward, if she enjoys it.

Nourished Parents

Good nutrition & hydration is vital for your physical recovery and for lactation (should you be interested in breastfeeding).

I will teach you which ingredients and whole foods are best for your body, mind, and baby during postpartum.

I will prepare the snacks and lunches that will repair tissues, reduce inflammation, replace lost nutrients, boost energy levels, reduce anxiety and depression, and support breastfeeding.

If Mom is prioritizing healthy nutrition to support her body’s recovery and her milk production, then she can thrive and the whole family will follow suit.

I can advise on grocery order needs and will manage grocery deliveries while I’m at your home.

Each day, I will prepare your lunch and hydrating, healthy snacks in your kitchen.

I will organize or prep your dinner plans based on the meals in your fridge, freezer, or meal train delivery plan.

Mom should not be in the kitchen in her early postpartum weeks, but I can send you pictures of the organized fridge and clean counters if you really miss that room.
