My Services

Postpartum Support

I will provide companionship and a restful recovery environment for your postpartum journey, making your early days of motherhood more manageable and enjoyable.

During your early postpartum weeks, I will ensure you take time for herbal baths and showers, once approved by your provider. I will advise on hygiene products for recovery and will hold or watch over your baby while you restore and repair.

I will listen to your birth story. I will provide emotional reassurance through this transition, helping to alleviate feelings of anxiety and overwhelm.

I will empower you with knowledge for feeding, newborn care, bonding with baby, and caring for your body after giving birth. I will assist with practical tasks related to each of these topics and can play with older siblings, giving you a better chance to rest and recover.

Nourished Parents

Good nutrition & hydration is vital for your physical recovery and for lactation (should you be interested in breastfeeding).

I will teach you which ingredients and whole foods are best for your body, mind, and baby during postpartum.

I will prepare the snacks, lunches, and make-ahead-breakfasts that will repair tissues, reduce inflammation, replace lost nutrients or blood, boost energy levels, reduce anxiety and depression, and support breastfeeding.

I can advise on grocery order needs and will manage grocery deliveries while I’m at your home.

I will also organize or prep your dinner plans based on the meals in your fridge, freezer, or meal train delivery plan.

Serene Spaces

My functional help is designed to keep you enveloped in an oasis of peace, cleanliness, and order while you remain focused on your recovery and your baby.

My attention to detail around your house (when I’m not cooking for you or helping with your baby) will ensure you can maintain high standards of tranquil living.

My help will be specific to your family needs and space, but could include:

  • bottle sterilization

  • folding baby or sibling laundry

  • baby room organization

  • diaper station stocking

  • nighttime mom-feeding station stocking

  • keeping the kitchen & mom’s bathroom (aka physical recovery zone) in order
